Invoicing Details


Each invoice will include the breakdown of work completed and how the time was spent

Billing is in Canadian dollars, which is also subject to 12% HST

Expenses such as photocopying, courier, postage, stationary, fuel, etc will be charged separately

Cash, certified cheque or bank draft only accepted at this time

There will be a $30 service charge for all NSF cheques

Work will not be delivered until payment received

These costs do not include your indirect costs, such as the actual hiring process - writing the job descriptions, posting ads, time spent responding to resumes, interviewing, reference checks, etc. 

 

As you can see, hiring a virtual Personal Assistant, will allow you more time and money to be spent with your clients and increasing your sales. A further benefit of contracting Kairos Business Solutions is the fact that there may not be 40 hours of administrative work to be done in a week, so you are only paying for the hours actually worked.
